Service Description
This course will be taught by a former USMC sniper school instructor, with real world operational experience. The course is an introduction to precision shooting. The students will learn to setup zero and operate their scope and rifle, as well as shooting positions, foundational basics of marksmanship, trigger control, recoil management, shooting data collection. This class will be the foundation for more advanced courses. Gear list • 16” or longer Bolt action or Semi-Automatic rifle in center fire cartridge with bipod power scope with adjustable turrets and MIL or MOA reticle • 150 rounds of ammunition • Sand sock or rear bag • Kestrel or other wind meter (recommended) • Shooting matt • Lens cleaning kit • Tool kit with screwdriver tips, allen or torx bits. • Daypack • Notepad and pen for note taking • Hearing and eye protection
